• Most orders received by 3pm are shipped the same business day.
• Your order should arrive between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.
• For Special delivery requests, please specify these in the "Add Comments About Your Order" field when filling in your Payment Information.
• Orders will not be shipped to a P.O. Box address without prior arrangements.
• We use Australia Post to deliver your orders to your door.
• If you miss your delivery a card will be left in your letterbox asking you come in and pick up your order from your nearest Australia Post Office.
• Delivery in working days: 2-5 days QLD, 4-7 other states.
• Some items are opened prior to shipping to ensure the contents are correct and safe to ship.
Delivery charges
• Delivery charges do not include setup or installation.
• Orders are shipped with Australia Post to all of Australia with a flat rate of only $7.50 (up to 8kg) per order. Orders weighing more than 8kg are calculated as below:
0-8kg $7.50
8-15kg $15.00
15-23kg $22.50
23-30kg $30.00
30-35kg $37.50
Availability
• All goods are subject to availability and there may be circumstances beyond our control that means we may not be able to fulfil your order in whole or in part.
• In this case we will contact you by phone as a first option and then follow up with an email.
• If deemed necessary we reserve the right to refuse any order or any part of an order.
Refunds & Exchanges
• All refunds will be made by Credit Card or Cheque. There may be a 2-3 day delay when refunding to your Credit Card.
Faulty products
• In the unfortunate case where your product is defective having carefully followed the manufacturer instructions then please contact us immediately and return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
At the descretion of Forerunners International we will:
- Give you a refund for the defective product or
- Exchange it for the same product
Product exchange
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please ensure the product(s) is unused, intact and in a suitable state to be resold.
• If the product is damaged in transit then it cannot be accepted as an exchange by Forerunners International.
• Shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded. |
